Post Brexit Shipping Info

We produce all lingerie here in the UK, in our Bristol based studio. Our clothing is printed in the North of the England and our robes are made by a local tailor. Therefore, you should not be charged additional customs duty if you are based in the EU, however we cannot guarantee this.

Imports to the EU from the UK will be subject to VAT. We are registered with IOSS and pay any tax on your order directly to avoid hold ups at customs. However, we suggest checking with your local postal authority about any additional import tax. We appreciate your patience with the postal service should your order take a little longer to reach you!

Please remember that whilst we will always do out best to help, we have no control over the postal service or your countries' customs procedures when contacting us about an order that is on it's way to you.
